 Suretrader is one of the better up and coming if you are interested in open online trading account I would Suggest Suretrader.

  They have Added some new things since I opened my account a few years ago and they have great rates and customer service.

 They also accept PayPal to fund your account which is great! since they are an offshore Broker you will need to fill out some forms for the SEC and a W-9 for tax purposes. But I think its worth it to open online trading account at Suretrader
